BFCACT operates with a small staff of volunteers dedicated to the welfare, rescue, rehoming, and rehabilitation of Bichons and Bichon mixes. Because we are unfortunately not able to support adoptions in all states, we rely on other associated rescue groups in some areas, mainly on the US West Coast.
